Goal: Optimization of their purchasing in Asia as their competitors are lowering their selling price, forcing them to buy better.

How: We made a detailed study of the purchasing and logistic process and of the company’s current vendor base and potential suppliers.

New procedures and negotiating tools were implemented along with suppliersĀ“ consolidation in
China and opening of new sourcing markets in India and Vietnam.

Result: The company increased their purchasing volume by 11% spending same amount of money.
