Goal: Opening of the Purchasing Office in India and Bangladesh in 12 months
How: Design and implementation of a development plan for the Purchasing Office.
The plan includes comprehensive advice on how to do business and run the office, taking
Into consideration all legal and economic aspects, and human and material resources.
We also coordinate the agendas and merchandising of the different purchasing departments,
around 12 purchasing groups.
Result: The purchasing budget for the first year (2 buying seasons) which was 8 million USD
was reaching after the first season (6 months)
